Plastic sheet may get static charges during the extrusion process up to 25.000 volt. Anti-static agents prevent electric shocks during production and the build up of dust.

Anti-block agents improve the denesting of thermoformed packaging and provide trouble-free deblocking of the final product.

Fogging appears when there is a temperature difference between the inside and the outside of a closed packaging in the cooling. Anti-fog agents are used on the surface and provide a continuous clear visible appearance.

FoodCare anti-static, anti-block and anti-fog fluids are in line with the European Directive 10/2011/EC and in compliance with the valid migration & restrictions. On request the migration study with TNO is available.
